Bentayga brake light came on, need help ASAP

Okay so I'm in a bit of a panic here and hoping someone can point me in the right direction. I've got a 2022 Bentayga that I was supposed to drive to Abu Dhabi tomorrow morning for a really important business meeting with some clients flying in. I was just about to leave the office in DIFC when the brake pad warning light flashed up on the dash. I'm pretty sure the fronts are due, the car has about 38,000 km on it. I cannot miss this meeting and I really don't want to show up in a rental car. I need to find somewhere today that can sort this out urgently. I've been frantically searching for a Dubai emergency Bentley brake pad replacement service that can get me in immediately and use genuine parts. I don't care about the cost at this point, I just need it done right and done fast. Does anyone know a workshop that might be able to fit me in this afternoon or evening? Preferably somewhere that keeps Bentley parts in stock. I'm based in Dubai Marina but I'll drive anywhere in the city. Any help would be massively appreciated right now.
